Answer: If you have moved the charging station to a new location, you do not need to recreate the map from zero again.
You can use the “Charging station Location” function in the app to update the new charging station position.
Here are the guidelines on how to use it:
- In this very first step, assuming you have already moved your charging station to the new location.
- Use the Remote Control function in the app to manually drive the mower onto the new charging station placement or manually carry the mower to the new charging station, and put it in charging status.
3. Go to Manage the Map→ Edit→ Charging Station Location→ Update Location
4. If the new charging station placement is still within the existing map area, you do not need to create a new passage after the relocation is completed successfully, and you just need to tap the "Back" button on the page below.
5. But, if the new charging station placement is outside the existing map area, after the relocation is completed successfully, please tap “Create a Passage” to create a new passage connecting the charging station and the mapped area. Once the passage is created successfully, tap “Save”.
Please note: To ensure the relocation is completed successfully, we recommend placing the charging station in an open area without obstacles within a 2-meter radius, and ensuring the RTK signal remains stable during the relocation process.
