Answer:
- As one mower could only be connected with one user's account at a time, please check if any other users had connected to the mower before and haven't removed the mower from his/her device list in the app.
- Check if the Bluetooth/Wifi access has been allowed in your cellphone.
- Please double check if you have done the pairing process right. Please refer to Question: How to pair with your mower within the app? for further details.
- Check if the password of the Wifi you've tried to connect to is correct or not. A quick way to check is to try connecting to that Wifi via your cellphone and see if you could make it.
