When you’d like to share your device with family members, you have three easy options. Choose the one that works best for you.
Share the device from the Settings page
- Enter the device’s detailed info page.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down and select Device Sharing.
Share the device from your Profile page
- Tap your profile icon.
- Go to Device Sharing, then tap Share to Other Users.
Share the device from the app’s homepage
- On the main device list screen, find the device you want to share.
- Tap the little triangle next to the device name.
- Select Device Sharing.
- Enter the phone number or email address of the person you’d like to invite, then tap OK.
- The invited person will receive a notification in their Roborock app. They’ll need to tap Accept to confirm the invitation.
- For sharing to succeed, the invited person must already have a valid, registered Roborock account. If they don’t, the invitation will fail—and you’ll see the error message: “User not registered.”
