To ensure your mower and the Roborock app always perform at their best, it’s important to keep both the mower’s firmware and the Roborock app (including its built-in Plug-In) up to date.
The mower and app work together as a system—so updating just one part isn’t enough. Both must be on the latest versions for optimal performance and compatibility.
You can refresh or update the Plug-In version in one of two ways:
Clear the app cache:
Go to Profile → Settings → Clear Cache in the Roborock app.
This refreshes the Plug-In without deleting your account or device data.Reinstall the Roborock app:
Uninstall the app completely, then download and install the latest version from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
