Background Info:
If you originally registered your Roborock account using a verification code sent to your email or phone via SMS, no password was created automatically. In certain situations—such as forgetting your PIN code—you may need a password to verify your identity and reset the PIN. To do this, you’ll first need to set a login password for your account.
For phone verification code login:
- Go to the Profile page.
- Tap the triangle icon next to your avatar and user ID.
- Tap Login Password.
- Create a new login password that meets the app’s requirements.
- Once set successfully, the status will change to “Set” under Login Password.
For email or other media verification code login:
- Select your preferred verification method (e.g., email).
- After entering the verification code and completing verification, you’ll be taken directly to the Set Login Password page.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Once set successfully, you’ll be redirected to the Roborock homepage. You can also check the Profile page—the Login Password status will now show as “Set.”
