To ensure your mower and the Roborock app always perform at their best, it’s important to keep both the mower’s firmware and the Roborock app (including its built-in Plug-In) up to date.
Here’s how to refresh or update the Plug-In version:
- Open the Roborock app
- Go to Profile → Settings → Clear Cache
This clears outdated app data and helps load the latest Plug-In version. If clearing the cache doesn’t resolve the issue, you can also reinstall the Roborock app entirely.
