To ensure your mower always performs at its best—and to keep the Roborock app running smoothly—it’s important to keep both the mower’s firmware and the Roborock app (including its built-in Plug-In) up to date.
The Plug-In is part of the Roborock app and helps enable full functionality for your mower. If you notice issues like missing features, slow response times, or unexpected behavior, updating or refreshing the Plug-In may help.
You can refresh the Plug-In version in one of two ways:
Clear the app cache:
Go to Profile → Settings → Clear Cache
(This resets temporary app data without deleting your account or device settings.)Reinstall the Roborock app:
Uninstall the app completely, then download and install the latest version from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
