Z1: Where could I find the serial number of my mower？

Answer:

There are three ways to find the serial number (SN):

1. Check the packaging box — the SN is printed on the side of the box.
2. Check the mower itself — the SN is engraved or printed on the tail or bottom of the unit.
3. Use the Roborock app:
   • Open the app and make sure your mower is connected.
   • Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) → Product Info → Serial Number.
