Answer:
Check whether the blades or blade disc are damaged, broken, or bent. If so, replace the blades and screws as needed. If the blade disc is damaged or deformed, please contact your dealer or the Roborock Customer Service team for assistance.
Make sure only one blade is attached to each screw. Attaching more than one blade to a single screw can cause imbalance during rotation—and lead to unusual noise.
Verify that you’re using official Roborock mower blades. Non-official blades may not fit properly or perform safely, and we strongly recommend using only genuine Roborock replacement parts.
Move the mower to a different area and test it again. If the noise occurs only in one specific location, inspect that area carefully for stones, sticks, or other objects that could be interfering with the blades.
Open the Roborock app and check for any error messages—especially one indicating that the motor temperature is too high. If you see this warning, move the mower to a shaded, cool area and wait until the temperature returns to normal before testing again.
Try restarting both the app and the mower. Close the app completely, then power the mower off and back on before reconnecting and testing.
If the issue persists after trying all the steps above, please contact your local dealer or the Roborock Customer Service team for further support.
