Scenario 1:
Your app now has already disconnected from your mower and you forget the PIN code, you are unable to unlock the mower.
Please just ignore the PIN code input notification, go proceed with pairing process first.

Note: user still can pair mower with Roborock app without entering the PIN code.
And then do the following steps mentioned in Scenario 2 below.
Scenario 2:
Your app is now still connected with your mower and you forget the PIN code, you are unable to unlock the mower.
- Enter the device's detailed page
- Click on the settings icon in the top right corner. (see picture below)
- 'Settings' page--'Security and Anti-Theft'
- 'Change the PIN Code'--'Forget PIN code'
- 'Enter your Roborock account password'--'Confirm'
- 'Enter New PIN Code'
- New PIN code has been set successfully.
