Here are some steps you need to proceed with before your first use:
- Put the mower into the charging station.
- Connect the charging station to the adaptor.
- Connect the adaptor to the power socket.
- Let the mower charge until it has a battery capacity of more than 20% (minimum capacity for OTA), we recommend 100% fully charged.
- Important: Go and perform a firmware update for your mower before using it. --How to update?
- Connect other accessories or cables based on different models, finish pairing sessions.
- Enjoy your first mowing experience with us!
Note: Please DO NOT perform a factory reset for your mower before or during your 1st OTA firmware update, if you have encountered any errors or have any questions, please contact Roborock Customer Service Team for help.
