Background Info:
If you originally registered your Roborock account using a verification code sent to your email or phone via SMS, no password was automatically created for your account. However, in certain situations—such as forgetting your PIN code—you may need a password to complete account verification (e.g., when resetting your PIN). In those cases, you’ll first need to create a login password for your account.
For phone verification code login:
- Go to the Profile page.
- Tap the triangle icon (▼) next to your avatar and user ID.
- Tap Login Password.
- Create a new login password that meets the app’s requirements.
- Once set successfully, the status will change to “Set” under Login Password.
For email or other media verification code login:
- Select your preferred verification method (e.g., email or another supported option) to log in.
- After entering and verifying the code, you’ll be taken directly to the Set Login Password page.
- Create and confirm your new login password.
- Once saved, you’ll be redirected to the Roborock homepage—and on your Profile page, you’ll see that your login password has been successfully set.
