S1: Where could I find the serial number of my mower？

There are three ways to find the serial number (SN):

1. Check the packaging box—the SN is printed on the side of the box.
2. Look on the mower itself—the SN is engraved or printed on the tail or bottom of the unit.
3. Use the Roborock app:
   • Open the app and make sure your mower is paired.
   • Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) → Product Info → Serial Number.
