If your mower isn’t functioning as expected after a firmware update—or if a serious issue has occurred—you may need to perform a factory reset.
Here are the steps:
- Press and hold the Mow, Home, and STOP buttons (the red emergency stop button on top of the mower) at the same time for 10 seconds.
- When prompted, enter your PIN code.
After you confirm the reset, the mower will:
- Erase all custom settings and stored data,
- Revert to the previous firmware version,
- Power off and then restart automatically.
Note: A factory reset can only be performed directly on the mower—it is not available through the Roborock app.
