Answer:
How to handle the mower itself:
- Charge the battery fully before storing the mower. Storing it with a very low charge can lead to over-discharge, which may damage the battery.
- Turn off the mower, then clean it thoroughly. Store it indoors in a dry, clean location—away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
How to handle the charging station:
- Disconnect the charging tower from the charging base plate.
- You may leave the charging base plate (and its screws) in place outdoors. This helps preserve the exact installation position, so you won’t need to re-map your lawn next season.
- Store the charging tower indoors in a dry, clean, and well-ventilated area.
How to handle the RTK reference station (ground-mounted):
- Unscrew the bolt securing the GNSS antenna to the mounting poles and triangle peg.
- Leave the mounting poles and triangle peg in place outdoors to maintain their exact position—this avoids the need for re-mapping next season.
- Store the GNSS antenna indoors in a dry, clean location.
How to handle the RTK reference station (wall-mounted):
- For your safety, we do not recommend climbing up or down to remove the GNSS antenna from the wall mount pole.
- Instead, simply unplug the power adapter. You can safely leave the GNSS antenna mounted on the wall until next season.
