Q1: Do Roborock robotic lawn mowers support Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity? Which models support built-in or optional 4G modules, and how does the SIM/eSIM service work?

All Roborock robotic lawn mowers support Wi-Fi connectivity on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks.

For mobile network connectivity, support differs depending on the mower series:

The RockMow Z1 LiDAR series comes with a built-in 4G module as standard. The device uses an integrated eSIM solution, and the SIM card cannot be replaced. In addition, 3 years of free mobile data service are included with the device.

 

The RockNeo Q1 series and RockMow S1 series, the 4G module is optional and needs to be purchased separately. These models support either a user’s own physical SIM card or the official eSIM included with the optional 4G module. The included mobile data service is free for 1 year. After the free period ends, users may choose either to continue using the official eSIM service or switch to their own SIM card.
