Background Info:
If you originally registered your Roborock account using a verification code sent to your email or phone via SMS, no password was automatically created. This means your account doesn’t have a login password by default.
However, in certain situations—such as forgetting your PIN code—you may need a password to verify your identity and reset the PIN. In those cases, you’ll first need to create a login password for your account.
For phone verification code login:
- Go to the Profile page.
- Tap the triangle icon (▼) next to your avatar and user ID.
- Tap Login Password.
- Create a new login password that meets the required criteria (e.g., minimum length, mix of letters and numbers).
- Once set successfully, the status will change to “Set” under Login Password.
For email or other media verification code login:
- Select Login with verification code, then choose email (or another supported method).
- Enter the verification code sent to your email (or selected method) and tap Verify.
- After successful verification, you’ll be taken directly to the Set Login Password page.
- Create and confirm your new login password.
- Once saved, you’ll be redirected to the Roborock homepage. You can also check the Profile page—the Login Password status will now show as “Set”.
