Answer:
- First, pair your mower with the Roborock app.
- In the app, go to your mower’s device page:
- Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Product Info.
- Scroll down and tap Report Logs at the bottom of the screen.
Note: You will see the notification below if you are uploading logs using eSIM 4G network of the mower.
-Select Date and time when the issue happened.
-Select the error you want us to assist you with in troubleshooting.
-Press Confirm to start uploading of the log.
-Important: Please do not exit or close your Roborock app while uploading procedure is in progress.
-Do not close app until you see the successfully uploaded message shown at buttom.
Note: You will only see the notification below if you are uploading logs using wifi connection.
No other actions need to be made.
