A mower can only be connected to one user’s account at a time. Please check whether another user has previously connected to the mower—and hasn’t yet removed it from their device list in the app.
Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi permissions are enabled for the app on your phone. You can check this in your phone’s settings under App Permissions or Privacy Settings.

Verify that the Wi-Fi password you entered is correct. A quick way to test it: try connecting your phone directly to the same Wi-Fi network—if your phone can’t connect, the password may be wrong or the network may be unavailable.
