Z1: What should I do if the indicator light in RTK reference station is not green?

Answer:

The RTK reference station signal is abnormal. Please troubleshoot using the steps below:

1. Ensure the top of the RTK reference station has a clear view of the sky — no obstructions like roofs, branches, or awnings.
2. Position the station at least 2 meters away from trees, buildings, or tall fences/walls.
3. Check all cable connections — especially the cable between the RTK reference station and the charging station. If loose or disconnected, unplug and firmly reconnect it.
4. Try moving the RTK reference station to a new location that meets the criteria in steps 1 and 2, then check the signal again.

Note: If you relocate the RTK reference station, you’ll need to re-map your lawn area for accurate navigation.
