Failure to recognize the docking marker when trying to dock or undock
- Check whether dirt or stains are covering the docking marker or the mower’s dual-camera. If so, gently clean both surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and try docking or undocking again.
- Check whether direct sunlight is casting a shadow on the docking marker — this can interfere with recognition. To fix this, adjust the installation direction of the charging station so the marker stays in consistent, even lighting.
