Please stop the mower and disconnect the power supply.
Wear protective gloves and sturdy shoes, and put on long trousers.
- Check the blade disc for any grass clippings, small stones, twigs, or other debris. If you find any, carefully remove them. Then reconnect the power supply and restart the mower to test it again.
- The issue may be caused by grass that’s too tall or thick (over 10 cm). Try raising the cutting height setting and test the mower again.
- If the grass is very tall or dense, manually trim it first—ideally down to less than 10 cm—before using the mower.
