1. Install and power up the charging station
   First, install the charging station in its intended location. Connect all cables properly, then plug the station into a working power outlet. Make sure the outlet is live—test it with another device if needed.
2. Dock the mower correctly
   Place the mower onto the charging station, aligning it carefully. For AWD mowers, ensure it’s docked in the correct direction (see image below). Once docked, the mower should power on automatically. If it doesn’t, let it charge for about 2 hours, then check again.
3. Inspect and clean the charging contacts
   Check both the charging station and the mower for dirt, debris, obstructions, or visible damage on the metal charging contacts. Gently clean them with a dry, soft cloth—if needed, use a slightly damp cloth followed by thorough drying. Then redock and test again.
4. Test after extended charging
   If the mower still won’t power on after several hours of charging, try leaving it docked overnight. If it remains unresponsive, contact your retailer, authorized dealer, or Roborock Customer Service for further assistance.
