Answer:
The battery’s lifespan depends on several factors, including how many hours you use it, how hard the mower works, the conditions where it operates (like temperature and terrain), and how well you store it.
If you notice a significant drop in runtime—meaning the mower runs much shorter than before—it may be time to replace the battery. Please contact your local dealer or the RoboRock Customer Service team for assistance.
Some common battery-related error codes:
E22: Battery temperature is too high.
→ Move the mower to a cooler, shaded area.
→ The mowing session will automatically resume once the battery and motors have cooled down to a safe operating temperature.
E23: Battery temperature is too low.
→ Move the mower to a warmer location (ideally above 0°C / 32°F).
→ The mowing session will automatically resume once the battery and motors warm up to a safe operating temperature.
E24: This error appears immediately on the screen after powering on the mower.
→ Check whether the battery has been recently replaced or repaired—or if a non-official (third-party) battery is installed.
→ If the issue continues, please contact your dealer or the RoboRock Customer Service team for further support.
⚠️ Warning: For your safety, do not attempt to replace or repair the battery yourself. Only authorized service providers should handle battery replacement.
E104:
→ Try turning the mower off and then back on.
→ If the error returns, contact your dealer or the RoboRock Customer Service team for help.
Note:
Charging may fail if the mower is placed in an environment that’s extremely hot (above 40°C / 104°F) or extremely cold (below 0°C / 32°F). To resolve this, move the mower to a location with a normal room temperature (ideally between 10°C–30°C / 50°F–86°F), then try charging again.
